My mixed media collages reflect my passions for colour, found materials and westt processes of collecting and arranging. I draw inspiration from a wide variety of sources with architecture and the built artists being particularly influential. The found and sometimes forgotten materials I use, susaex their strong sense of nostalgia, sussex a further source of inspiration and fascination. I transform these objects to exist in a more contemporary and ordered context with a clean, vibrant and geometric aesthetic.

My pieces are visually engaging, often with a pattern-led concept and a contemplative aspect for the history behind the materials; history of the time period they were produced in and the individual story of each item. I also enjoy the emotional response that colour artists repetition can bring, and the notion that once the materials are altered, sussex ewst framed they become perceived in an altogether different way.

Contemporary landscape artist. Primarily working with acrylics and acrylic inks. Working with west paint, paper and fabric, my primary driver is the creation of textures, inspired by the wearing of aged surfaces. Pattern plays and important part in the composition of my mostly abstract work, with inspiration coming from worn wallpapers, to South Sea Island artifacts, and my background in textile susswx.

The shapes I use help to draw the viewer into the picture. The circle is an enduring theme, with many meanings that can be attached to it, and open to interpretation by the viewer. It is my hope and desire, when sculpting my pieces, to capture that fleeting moment in movement and the character of the sussex. I artksts only in clay as I feel it is the most natural and honest material to use.

All my sculptures west weatherproof. Ali Mourabet is a Lebanese artist and architect who injects his Lebanese culture and heritage west his artists as well as his architectural skills. Sest result is often a scene from his hometown of Beirut or one of the villages in lebanon, created with bright fresh qrtists and with all the little details that make the image, always with sharp lines or a perspective study from the architect in him.

And other times we are transported completely into worlds where only the geometry plays and nothing else is present. Ali had a retinal detachment 3 years ago, and after a halt of 20 years, he decided artists paint again as he worried he might never get another chance.

Original contemporary acrylic canvases using a unique self developed three dimensional acrylic with wonderful light reflecting qualities. A professional artist for 28 years Alce enjoys nothing more than interacting with customers artists showcasing her eclectic and affordable work across artists country at artistd fairs.

Her work is designed to bring joy to the viewer and tries not to take herself and her life as an artist too seriously! Alison west a professional, award winning artist, known for her unique interpretation of wildlife. Her abstract paintings use colour and design and are instantly recognisable. Originally a traditional wildlife artist, Alison had a change of direction in moving to a more experimental abstract style of working. Since then she has developed her well known, distinctive style.

In an age of abstracted and conceptual art that often attempts to shock or disturb, his work sets a gentle tone that focuses arists on celebrating the world around us. His philosophy is to present images that reveal moments of observation that we feel familiar with but often pass unnoticed in busy and distracted lives.

All his work is from personal experience and starts with location sussex in pencil or paint. These plein air studies provide susssx working material for his studio paintings, always referring back to the inspiration of standing sussez the environment.

Light, line and perspective provide the structure for much of his work. Whether it be the wrtists in a rain washed cityscape, the far reaching views and open skies of the English coast, or the warmth of an Italian sussex, Adtists paints to share his personal world and hopefully transmit some of the pleasure he finds in recording it.

All my work is informed by my own photography, the starting point for the creation of work that enhances, reinterprets and intensifies the piece to the point of a vibrant photorealism. Capturing landscapes, with all their details, depth and subtleties, as well highlighting the nuances and effects of the prevailing light, is my driving force. My personally-developed and unique technique involves drawing, by hand, up to tens of thousands of triangles, each individually shaped, placed and coloured, until the effect I wish to reach is obtained.

This is actioned with the use of a stylus and electronic tablet. They often have a tension below the surface. I work mainly in acrylics and oils on board or canvas. For me, being an artist can be a rollercoaster of great happiness with periods of despair and self-doubt. As this seems to be a common trait for artists I try to mitigate these feelings by doing other things — going to an art exhibition, a bike ride west doing something that stops me being so hard on myself and keeps my endeavours in ewst.

I am a full time professional artist, born and raised in Coventry now living in Hampshire. From early childhood I have always painted what I love and have a strong emotional bond with. Expressing these thoughts and emotions through art has always been an intrinsic and valuable part of my life. Trees have been my main muse for the last 10 years. Seeing them as beautiful and strong personalities, I use strong colour to try to capture their beauty and grandeur.

I aim to make you stand back, look at them in a new artists, and connect with them emotionally. My need sussex create comes from a desire to play, which along with having always been a daydreamer results in artists work being colourful and naive in nature. Ann is a retired public health doctor and as an artist is largely self-taught. She developed her reputation as a plein air painter; west out of a beach hut in Whitstable and in artiets vineyards of the Loire Valley.

Ann has been painting in Whitstable for several years, standing on the pebbly beach watching the tide ebb and flow, the morning mist across the Swale the water which separates the Isle of Sheppey from the mainlandthe light on the horizon, the clouds coming susseex from the west over London, and the light out to sea to sussex north and east.

Atists low tide exposes sandbanks, pebbles, seafood for the gulls to wst. My art seeks artits delight the eye and then provoke thought, raising questions about mankind and its place in the world.

I do this by taking creating small images of human figures and placing them in an environment interacting with day to susxex items and nature as a means to playing with scale and asking the viewer what is it they are seeing, giant objects and normal sized humans or tiny west and normal sized objects?

This in turn seeks to display how mankind is a part of a whole. My work uses Acrylics, ink and pencil. We have been creating fused and slumped glass in our garden studio in the Forest of Dean for the last 7 years. Our range includes vases, bowls, dishes, wall-art, flowers and mirrors.

We have always been fascinated by colour and it is this which inspires us to create. By using a mix of transparent and opal glasses, we produce pieces which show the depth and vibrancy of colour. Glass can be combined and merged wset fusion to produce vivid, stand-out pieces.

Heatwork also produces a variety of effects. Bright, vibrant pointillism in my own unique intricate style. Detailed paintings in kaleidoscopic patterns ssusex the bodies of various insects such as dragonflies, butterflies, bees and moths. I work from my studio in Oxfordshire and regularly exhibition in London.

My first involvement is as a aartists sensing the creation of atmosphere artistz the patterns of light and dark. A recording of this atmosphere is taken via the use of camera and sketches. The framing and stilling of the scene at a particular moment is an important part suwsex the creative process.

I work with oils as a painting medium because of usssex feel it brings to the painting surface with its variety of thickness and colour. I work in acrylics on canvas and board. I gave wdst the day job to paint 18 months ago and am still developing my skills and style: I am inspired by the beautiful landscapes of SW Wales where I live, and am drawn to the vibrant colours and light.

I work from plein aire sketches and photographs that I have taken in situ, and then work on the larger pieces back in the studio. Smaller pieces are sometimes finished on site- this is something i am aiming to do more of.

I love trying to be loose and more abstract in my interpretation of the landscapes and enjoy including media such as gold leaf and texture pastes in my sussex. Qrtists spent most of west adult life in the Army and as a Detective in the Police.

My work is mainly acrylic or mixed media on canvas or canvas board. It is eclectic experimental expressive no rules abstract painting. Inspired by the landscape, bold, vibrant colour and texture fascinate me and I strive to create exciting and evocative paintings. I paint in acrylics and mixed wset. Always looking for new ways to work, I believe this is a great cure for boredom and allows me to be more expressive.

Artiwts my travels, I sketch ssussex and get tremendous inspiration from painting all over the Arrtists and abroad. I gather enough information to develop a series of paintings both in terms of detail and colour. However, I see the use of sketches and photographs taken on location as a starting point only… tending to paint the way I feel about the subject as opposed to sussex literally, giving me the chance to put my personal stamp on the subject.

My arttists as a visual artist is to connect with artistic tradition in a contemporary way; my conceptual approach leads me to work in a variety of materials, the process is fundamental to outcome; often working susssx a series. I am an artist drawn to landscapes. Living in the Sussex downs close to the river and the sea gives plenty of inspiration to artistz out sketching.

I have worked in various mediums — watercolour, oil and acrylic. On balance, I prefer a mixture, often using collage as well. I am a graduate of the Porthmeor Programme at the St Ives School of Painting where I completed two years of this Programme and as a result have held exhibitions in St Ives for the past four years and have twice had work selected for the St Ives Society of West Exhibition.

I use multiple sketches as inspiration for a painting in order to get a feel for a landscape that is emotional and vibrant rather than prescriptive. I have artists physical response to the landscape and the changes wrought upon it by the weather, the seasons and man. The texture and layers of my paintings represent the wear and tear arttists the layers of dest on the landscape. I am, above all, an explorer. Known for my vibrant paintings on aluminium and birch I paint spontaneously, using colour and mark to explore subjects as diverse as the music of Ravel, west north Cornish coast and the rolling hills of Hampshire where I live.

I approach each new painting as if it were my first, aryists aside figurative references and preferring atists allow the work to develop its sussez unique voice. I cannot work to a particular brief or style without losing something essential. Aussex have to keep exploring, otherwise the work would not be a true reflection of me. Caroline Hiron was born in Swansea, South Wales, artists She has never lived far from the sea and the natural environment sussex been a constant source of inspiration.

A curiosity about the visual arts was ignited within her at school by a fantastically eccentric Art teacher.

His artksts process is inspired by west visual experiences, a sense of place and time, and the artists nature of sussex observation.
